Body found in creek in the Town of Pulaski

A body has been found in a creek in Pulaski, according to the town’s police chief.

The body was found in a creek behind a deli mart on Route 11 on Wednesday.

The Pulaski Police Department got the call about the body just before 1 p.m.

It’s not clear yet if the death is suspicious or how the person died.

The body appears to have been in the creek for a while, Pulaski Police Chief Gary Roche said.

Investigators are awaiting autopsy results. That part of the investigation will identify the body as well as the cause of death, according to Roche.
