CHRISTIANSBURG, Va. (WDBJ7) A Christiansburg favorite is making a comeback under new ownership.
Staff held a ribbon cutting at The Farmhouse Restaurant Tuesday morning.
Its doors reopened for an early look at what customers can expect.
Outdoor bar and patio, kitchen, and dining areas are all new, but much of the inside is the same with an updated atmosphere.
"I went to Virginia Tech for undergrad and before I went to law school and I think this is such a cool place and such a great opportunity we couldn't really pass it up," said Neal Keesee, a co-owner of the restaurant.
The owners started renovating the old Farmhouse building a year ago. It's expected to open within the next week.
