Crews respond to fire in southwest Roanoke

Roanoke Fire-EMS reports that the scene is now under control, and no injuries have been reported.

Details regarding the cause and estimate of damage are still being investigated.

The call for the fire came in around 7:07 pm Tuesday. Crews are sill present at the scene.


Crews are working to get a fire under control in the 1600 block of Patterson Avenue in southwest Roanoke.

According to PIO Tiffany Bradbury, it is not clear if anyone was inside when the fire started.
