Emergency crews are responding to a tractor-trailer wreck that killed two people on I-81 in Rockbridge County on Wednesday morning.

It happened around 6:50 a.m. at mile marker 180, which is near one of the Natural Bridge exits.

The driver ran off the highway, hit a guardrail, and went into the median. The tractor-trailer then overturned.
