Evacuated Roanoke homes deemed safe for return

ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ7) -- Roanoke city officials have cleared residents to return home after being evacuated due to heavy rains.

With water levels receding, homes in Cravens Creek, Arbutus, Arbor, and Piedmont neighborhoods have been evaluated and determined safe for residents to return.
