Hotel Roanoke may look a little different to you this holiday season. That's because it's filled with 39 professionally decorated trees. It's the 19th year for the hotel's 'Fashions for Evergreens' Christmas Tree display.

Local organizations decorate the many trees to represent different themes. You can pay to vote for your favorite tree and all the money will benefit United Way of the Roanoke Valley, a social services organization

"Just wouldn't be Christmas if you don't come down to the Hotel Roanoke. It really is beautiful. New display in the lobby, brand new decorated tree, it's different than any other year we've had," Brian Wells, General Manager of the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center, said.

You have until New Year's Eve to see the trees and vote. The event is open 24 hours a day and is free and open to the public. Over the past five years, this event has raised more than $43,000.
