Erin Garvin, of Empower Pilates and Yoga, stopped back to the Weekend Morning Show to teach Caitlin Francis some quick, easy, full-body exercises.

These are the perfect moves to use after a long, holiday weekend of indulging in all of that Thanksgiving food!

Erin demonstrates, provides corrections, and modifications to three types of planks, which work your arms, core, and back.

She shows a regular plank, reverse plank or table, and side plank.
