Hokies looking to bounce back in matchup against Syracuse

BLACKSBURG, Va (WDBJ7) The Virginia Tech men's basketball team is back on the home floor Tuesday night.

The Hokies will host the Syracuse Orange in Blacksburg.

The last time the Hokies were on the Cassell Coliseum floor, they rang in the New Year celebrating a big win over Duke on December 31st.

But since the start of 2017, things haven't gone Tech's way.

But they'll look to regain some of that momentum they lost on the road.

The Hokies got blown out from start to finish on the road at NC State.

And then most recently, taking a 15 point loss at Florida State.

The Hokies weren't at full strength in either match-up, with Khadim Sy out against NC State, and Seth Allen out against FSU.

Tuesday night's game is just the beginning of a pivotal three-game stretch at home for the Hokies.
