LewisGale Medical Center in Salem gets a new COO

SALEM, Va. (WDBJ) - LewisGale Medical Center has a new Chief Operating Officer.

Ryan Lee, Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives ("FACHE") is a native of South Carolina and a Clemson University alum. He comes to Virginia after acting as a COO at a medical center in Boca Raton, Florida. His leadership style is relationship-focused.

"As I look at my time here at LewisGale, I'm excited to focus on our quality, our patient safety, and focus on our growth here, making sure that our physicians and our colleagues have everything they need to be successful in taking care of our community," Ryan Lee, new Chief Operating Officer of LewisGale Medical Center, said.

He says he's ready to explore Virginia and meet community members.
