Man convicted on cocaine distribution charges in Radford

RADFORD, VA (WDBJ7) A man who was caught selling cocaine has been convicted on drug charges.

Jazzman Edmonds, 31, was sentenced to 20 years in prison, with 18 years suspended on Monday.

Authorities say Edmonds was caught selling cocaine twice back in 2005, in Pulaski County.

In late 2015, Radford City Police targeted an investigation to buy drugs from Edmonds. And on January 27th, 2016, an informant bought cocaine from Edmonds.

Edmonds will be on probation for 10 years after release.

He also forfeited $8,290 dollars police seized when arresting him.
