New Miss Virginia graduated from Hollins University

Congratulations to Cecili Weber, the newest Miss Virginia.
Miss Arlington, Cecili Weber, was crowned 2017 Miss Virginia Saturday night at the Berglund Center.
She just graduated from Hollins University with a degree in communications, and received a $20,000 scholarship. Weber will now go on to compete in the Miss America Pageant this September.
