There are still no arrests in the shooting that left four people injured at a popular party spot in Roanoke last weekend.
Ms. Choc's Restaurant has been connected to three shootings in recent months.
According to a search warrant, police took bullets, cartridge cases, cell phones and a video recording system.
Police are pursuing a malicious wounding charge, and investigators have not made any arrests.
WDBJ7 has been unable to get an update on the victims' conditions.
The location is routinely advertised on social media as staying open after hours with promoted shows and DJs until 4 a.m.
City records show a different restaurant had previously applied to be a night club at the location in 2013 but was denied.
Police are still investigating whether or not alcohol was being served.
