(WDBJ7) -- A Blacksburg native had a good run as a contestant on the CBS show "Survivor," but came up short during Wednesday night's season finale, Rick Devens was eliminated.

The Virginia Tech grad finished in fourth out of the 18 castaways competing for a million dollar prize.
