Missing Roanoke girl found safe

Allanah Myers has been found and is home safe, according to Caitlyn Cline, a spokesperson for the Roanoke Police Department.


The Roanoke Police Department is searching for a missing 13-year-old girl.

Allanah Myers was last seen around 7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17th leaving her home on Day Avenue SW walking towards the dead end of Washington Avenue SW.

Police say she wears her hair in long box braids and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and black "Echo" sweatpants.

Police do not believe she is in danger at this time.

Anyone who has seen her or knows where she might be is asked to call 911
