LYNCHBURG, Va. (WDBJ7) -- Santa made a special visit in Lynchburg on Thursday.
Santa, Mrs. Claus, and their puppy elf Dylan were at Virginia Baptist Hospital visiting newborns.
The trio were spreading holiday cheer to new babies and their families!
It's a way for parents to get their baby's first photo with Santa.
The Claus's say they love spending time with newborns. "Oh, the Baby Unit is just a thrill for us. We get to hold babies that are 16 hours old and let me tell you, that is just pure joy," said Santa.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will be visiting the hospital every Thursday this month from 2 to 4 p.m.
