We start with the veggies.

"Anything green feel free. Go green first, and go big with green. I'm gonna keep this because there's nothing wrong with loading up your plate with greens or a salad," said Nutritionist Robyn Goodpasture.

As your food decreases in nutitional value, you decrease the portion size.
So for your ham or turkey, you should stick to around 4-6 ounces which is about the size of your fist.

According to Robyn, your mac and cheese portion should be about a quarter of the size of your greens.
Same with your stuffing and cranberry sauce.

"So now what you do is you of get a taste of everything. But the bulk is your protein, you're filled up with greens, you're gonna be full.

But most importantly, you can still have your cake or pie and eat it too.

Robyn: "If I want a piece of pie I have a piece of pie. I just have a sliver. Because you know what, I do want the cake too."

She also says that if you want some alcohol, to have it at the end of your meal. That way you don't over drink or over eat.
And as a subsitute for soda, try seltzer or sparkling water.
