Two arrested in Pearisburg drug raid

GILES COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ7) -- Two people are charged in the distribution of drugs after a Pearisburg drug raid.

The Giles County Sheriff's Office concluded an investigation into the distribution of methamphetamine.

On July 3, a team of deputies from the Giles County Sheriff's Office raided a location on the 100 block of Southside Drive in Pearisburg and seized crystal methamphetamine, heroin and marijuana.

Investigators arrested Wiley Madison Hill, 44, of Princeton, WV on charges of possession with intent to distribute 10g or more of methamphetamine and possession with intent to distribute heroin.

Forty-three-year-old Tanya Vaught Martin of Pembroke was arrested on July 19 in Pulaski County and is charged with possession of methamphetamine.

Both Hill and Martin are being held at the New River Valley Regional Jail without bond.
