The final pieces of Virginia Tech's FutureHAUS are complete, bringing high tech to the bedroom and home office.

The FutureHAUS team finished the master bedroom complete with lighted canopy over the bed, a touch screen in the mirror, and moving closet.

There's also a home office that transforms into another bedroom.

It's all part of bringing technology into rooms to make day-to-day life easier.

Virginia Tech College of Architecture Professor Clive Vorster explained, "We have a number of issues that we're dealing with with regard to lighting, with regard to operation of the bed, and also introducing a closet and laundry room into the bedroom, and in this case we're dealing with flexible spaces and transformable spaces."

The two pieces will be shipped tomorrow to Orlando for a furniture expo next week.
