BEDFORD, Va. (WDBJ7) -- WDBJ7 and WZBJ24 will provide exclusive media coverage of the commemorative events held at the National D-Day Memorial on the 75th anniversary of D-Day on June 6.
WDBJ7’s Jean Jadhon and Robin Reed will anchor the historic day on-location in Bedford. The ceremony will air live on WZBJ24 beginning at 10am as well as on WDBJ7’s Facebook page.

Dedicated in 2001 by President George W. Bush, The National D-Day Memorial has hosted hundreds of thousands of visitors from around the globe.
June 6 events will include an air show style flyover of refurbished World War II aircraft and a personal roll call of the brave veterans in attendance who served during WWII.
