Blacksburg at Pulaski County

PULASKI COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ7) -- Pulaski County met up with Blacksburg for the second time this season. The Bruins eliminated the Cougars a year ago.

Let's pick things up in the third quarter where the Cougars lead 17-7.
On 4th and 1 Blacksburg's Luke Goforth got the snap, and found Parker Epperley picking up the first down.

On the next play, it is Goforth again, firing downfield, this time to Karim Mohamed in the endzone, bringing the Bruins within 3.

Pulaski put a few more big plays together, including an explosive run from running back Gage Mannon to chew some clock.

It was the Cougars' defense that really made the difference.

That Pulaski defense held off the Bruins the rest of the way to preserve the 17-14 win.
