BOTETOURT COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ7) -- Lord Botetourt played its home opener following two weeks on the road.

And the Cavaliers figured to get a test from Bluefield, a team they beat 17-3 last season.

Lord Botetourt's Evan Eller went down with a knee injury but James-Ryan Salvi was picking up the slack here with the dime to Kyle Arnholt waiting in the end zone. Seven to nothing in the first quarter.

By the second quarter, Bluefield coming back as Carson Deeb makes the throw to Jahiem House in the corner to get six. What a catch and those two weren't done yet.

Deeb to House again and House does the rest turning on the jets to the end zone.

At the half, it was Bluefield 14, Lord Botetourt 7 but the Cavaliers come back to win it 20 to 14 the final.
