Kyle Guy declaring for NBA Draft; leaves door open to return to school

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WDBJ7) -- Virginia Cavaliers Junior Guard Kyle Guy announced via Twitter that he will forego his senior season and enter the NBA Draft.

Guy wrote via Twitter that he will sign with an agent but is leaving the door open to return to school.

Guy, who helped lead UVA to a national championship, took home the Final Four's Most Outstanding Player award after averaging 14.5 ppg, 3 apg., and 2 rpg. during the Final Four.

The guard led UVA in scoring this past season and was a part of a defense that ranked top 5 in the country in all the major categories including points allowed (1st in the nation).
