LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) -- A lot has changed for former Virginia Tech defensive tackle Vinny Mihota. For starters, the locks are gone!
The one of a kind long hair that you could pick out under a helmet has been reduced to a normal hair cut.
But Mihota is not cutting back on the growth of his game. On Saturday, he was spotted at the Redskins Rookie Minicamp. One of 44 trying out and one of five defensive lineman on display, he left the workout today with a smile and thinking good thoughts about his performance.
"I learned that I have a lot of work left to go and as I have a start, there's a lot about this league that I don't know and I'm ready to learn. It's a whole different game when you play in college versus NFL and what I've seen here. They teach us half man in college here they're teaching us full man. Just little things from here to there that are just completely different from college to NFL. Every day is a blessing so I hope I get more days," Mihota said.
