A federal judge on Friday ordered a Massachusetts Air National Guard member accused of leaking highly classified military documents to remain behind bars while he awaits trial.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Virginia announced that Xuan-Kha Tran Pham, 49, of Fairfax, has been charged in federal court in Alexandria with assaulting federal employees.
