No injuries reported in tractor-trailer crash involving milk spill

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) - No injuries were reported in a tractor-trailer crash involving a milk spill Saturday, December 14, according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.
The crash took place on Route 220 on Virgil H. Goode Highway between Pleasant Hill Road and former Craig Jamison Auction, according to Franklin County officials.
The incident involved a spill of raw milk, which has been primarily contained and mitigated by Franklin County Public Safety crews and the Virginia Department of Emergency Management personnel, according to officials.
Franklin County Sheriff’s Office says the cause of the crash is undetermined.
The roads were temporarily closed but have reopened, according to VDOT.
