Blue Ridge Marathon will lead to blockage of some roads

ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) - The Foot Levelers Blue Ridge Marathon will lead to some road closures to make way for the race.

The marathon kicks off at 7:35 a.m. Saturday, April 12 at Elmwood Park in Downtown Roanoke.

Packet pickup for contestants is scheduled for April 11 from 3-8 p.m. at the park.

Race day pickup is April 12 at the Elmwood Park Stage from 5:30 6:30 a.m.; that’s pickup only, no race day registration.
