No CAP, or no 2 Causing Any Problems Zone Summit will bring Roanoke Valley kids together with community leaders
ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) - Empowering young people is one of the missions of Total Action for Progress and This Valley Works.
Together they’re hosting a teen summit Saturday, May 31, with the goal of helping local youth speak up and lead positive change.
Organizers say this summit “provides a unique opportunity for middle and high school students to speak directly with community influencers, express their concerns about local issues, and learn how they can take part in driving meaningful change.”
Middle and high school students are encouraged to attend.
The No CAP, or no 2 Causing Any Problems Zone Teen Summit is Saturday, May 31 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at the Dumas Center in Roanoke.
