EARLY YEARS: New Yoga Studio in Roanoke aims to bring children and caregivers closer together

ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) -Who says you have to leave your kids at home, when you attend a yoga class?

The new YAMAMA & Lil’ Yogis Yoga Studio in Roanoke invites parents and caregivers to bring the their mats and their kiddos along to learn and practice yoga.

Keisha Bahadur is a mom and the founder of YAMAMA & Lil’ Yogis Yoga Studio.

Beyond breathing and exercise, Bahadur says it’s about building trust, sharing joy, and creating memories with your child.

Classes are designed to be playful and interactive, keeping children engaged while learning mindfulness.
