ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) - August is National Wellness Month.
The YMCA of Virginia’s Blue Ridge is inviting the community to explore ways to move more, connect with others, and take steps toward better health.
Amanda Keffer and Kyle Hindman join us on Here @ Home to discuss the wellness programs available this month and beyond.
