Hometown Eats Live with Birrieria La Vaca

ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) - A local Mexican restaurant offering traditional meals, Birrieria La Vaca opened its first brick-and-mortar in August of this year.

Owner Sandy Sifuentes and her daughter Vanesa Arevalos talk about what is was like to open the business and their move to a permanent location.

Birrieria La Vaca is open Tuesday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

They are located at 604 5th St SW, Roanoke, VA 24016.
