Showers Possible Later This Weekend Into Next Week
- More clouds move in today
- Cooler temperatures this afternoon
- Wet weather returns Sunday
Today & Thursday
A slow moving frontal boundary will bring in more clouds to the region Wednesday, though we are expected to stay dry.

Sunshine returns on Thursday.

Halloween Weekend
Here is an early look at that Halloween weekend forecast! Temperatures are looking comfortable, with highs in the 60s and 70s. We are tracking a potential front, but as of right now, Halloween is looking dry. Rain chances are looking more likely on Sunday.

Don’t forget! Daylight Saving Time comes to a close at 2 AM on November 1st. Enjoy the extra hour of sleep after trick-or-treating!

Tracking The Tropics
The Atlantic tropics are now very quiet and are expected to stay that way into next week.

***Drought Monitor Thursday 10/22 Update***
The severe and extreme category in southside has shrunk, however we are still seeing very dry conditions. We still need more rain, but this is another small step in the right direction!
